PBSerum Drain Plus features

Drain+

Features Hyaluronidase PB3000 enzyme for enhanced tissue drainage and improved circulation.

  • Breaks down excess polysaccharides
  • Reduces fluid retention
  • Improves lymphatic drainage
  • Enhances tissue oxygenation

The TRIAD System

Drain+ | Slim+ | Smooth+

When used together, the Triad — a combination of Collagenase, Lipase, and Hyaluronidase — targets the three key components of aesthetic skin concerns:

  • Stretched, fat-filled adipocytes
  • Dense fibrotic septa between them
  • Fluid retention (edema)

This synergy also contributes to restoring skin density and elasticity.

COLLAGENASE (PBSerum SMOOTH)

Breaks down dense fibrotic septa, which are a major cause of the “orange peel” texture. Additionally, it stimulates the production of new, youthful collagen.

Lipase (PBSerum SLIM)

As a catalyst, it acts on the breakdown of fats and thus reduces the fat layer.

Hyaluronidase (PBSerum DRAIN)

Breaks down excess polysaccharides responsible for fluid retention.

COLLAGENASE

Collagen degradation (fibrous septa and non-functional fibers)

LIPASE

Fat degradation (fatty deposits)

HYALURONIDASE

Fluid degradation (fluid retention)

Lipase, Collagenase, Hyaluronidase enzymes can be used for face and body both individually and in a cocktail. Complex application of the preparations significantly increases their effectiveness. Simultaneous use of three metabolic enzymes that act on proteoglycans, collagen fibers and triglycerides is aimed at eliminating most symptoms of cellulite, fibrotic complications, lipolysis of hard-to-subdue areas and modeling the facial oval. The proposed technique is a fundamentally new approach in the therapy of various forms of cellulite and hypodermis remodeling. The advantages of the technique are good tolerability, minimal risk of complications and pronounced aesthetic results.

How long can the product be stored after reconstitution?

The dilution and volume of the reconstituted product depend on the indications and the physician's discretion. Once reconstituted, the product should be used immediately, as enzymes are biologically active proteins with a short half-life. After reconstitution, degradation begins, which may lead to a loss of efficacy.

Moreover, PBSerum products are highly purified, free from preservatives and additives, meaning that they must not be stored in the refrigerator once reconstituted.

What needle size should be used? Are topical or local anesthetics necessary?

The commonly recommended needle is 13 mm (30G½). However, depending on the clinical case, the practitioner may choose a different needle size based on patient anatomy and the treatment area:

  • For fibrotic tissues, a thicker (25G) or longer (25 mm) needle may be appropriate.
  • For deeper fat layers, cannulas ranging from 40 mm to 70 mm can be used.

As for anesthetics, Lidocaine can be added to the reconstituted product to reduce potential discomfort during application. Reconstituting with saline solution helps to stabilize pH levels and maintain optimal enzyme activity.
